As Head of Sales and Acquisitions, Waqas leads RMG’s sales team and oversees the sourcing and purchase of real estate on behalf of our clients. He and his team have been pivotal in acquiring property for hundreds of clients, guiding each one through the process with clarity, honesty and care.

Waqas is also RMG’s main liaison with Bahria Town and other housing societies. Over the years he has built a strong network and earned the trust of the people who matter. That gives him front-line knowledge of the market and well-established routes to getting things done with all the relevant local authorities. Mr. Wasid Diljan is a seasoned engineering professional serving as Senior Engineer at RMG Development. With extensive experience managing and inspecting large-scale construction projects for renowned organisations such as Bahria Town, he brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to the company.

He oversees all engineering and site operations, from conceptual planning and design coordination to construction and project completion. His responsibilities include structural supervision, quality assurance, contractor coordination, resource management, regulatory compliance and making sure projects are delivered on time.

Mr. Obaid Anwar is a visionary architectural professional leading RMG Design Studio, the creative and architectural design division of RMG Development. He oversees every aspect of architectural planning and design, from initial concepts and master planning to detailed architectural drawings, design coordination and on-site implementation. Mr. Aamir Hafeez is a dedicated and accomplished finance professional serving as Head of Accounts & Finance at RMG Development.
